Mr. Tu Nguyen is currently a lawyer and the Consulting Director at Kreston IFA Vietnam, specializing in corporate legal affairs. He leads Kreston IFA Vietnam’s legal team, overseeing highly specialized legal advisory operations. His work has yielded significant results in areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of enterprises and projects, intellectual property, commercial contract disputes, and corporate establishment and dissolution. Additionally, Mr. Tu is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, specializing in corporate law and advising investors from China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.


Mr. Tu possesses extensive professional experience in the legal sector and has successfully handled numerous major transactions while representing his clients. He holds a Ph.D. in International Law (Yunnan University, China), a master’s degree in Economic Law, and a bachelor’s degree in civil law.

He is an active member of professional organizations—including the Bar Association and arbitration centers and brings over 20 years of experience to his practice.
